Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley hasn't spoken about her parents much, but has said that her bodybuilding grandpa is one of the reasons she likes to exercise. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since the age of four. She started taking swimming lessons at four years old and carried on for another 10 years. Ashley competed in a variety of events, but she was not dedicated because her body wasn't prepared to undergo a strict diet. At the age of 16 her popularity grew due to the way she looked and her body. She isn't known to have had a relationship with anyone during this time. Ashley decided to focus her efforts to become a fitness instructor and modeling model after she graduated. Ashley recognized that she didn't like the appearance of her body when she turned 15. Her grandfather encouraged her to go to the fitness center. She followed his advice to begin with a slow pace. Little did she know that she'd go on to spend 9 years working on her physique, and gradually becoming an fitness icon. Ashley was motivated by her win and entered the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She won 7th place and was motivated to work harder. Then she returned to the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won fifth place. After the competition ended. Ashley decided that she didn't wish to continue competing. She was receiving offers for photography shoots during her time participating, however she didn't want to mix up her jobs, but when she stopped competing she decided to go on to be a fitness model. An acclaimed fitness magazine included her on the cover and immediately started a career for fitness models. Her career as a model has grown since then. The model has been seen in bikinis with famous brands of clothing, and has appeared on the covers of numerous popular magazines.
